A-Level Results 2015

We are extremely pleased with our first set of A-Level results which have exceeded our expectations; 42% of all grades awarded were at A* – B and 73% at A* – C. 98% of students passed three A-Levels.

Students will be progressing to a wide range of higher education and employment opportunities. Sean Gannon (AAB) will be reading International Business at the University of Roehampton and Hannah Mortimer (ABB) will be starting an apprenticeship in Banking and Finance.

We would like to congratulate staff and students for two years of hard work and dedication of which everyone can be proud. This set of results demonstrates that the Studio School has been a resounding success.

Connecting education with employment

What is a ‘Studio School’?

The term ‘Studio School’ comes from the concept of the Renaissance studio. This is where working and learning were integrated.

What we offer

A range of academic qualifications (A-levels and BTECs) in addition to work-based training such as first aid, health and safety and World Host customer service. All of which is tailored to your chosen career and supported by your own personal coach, who will guide you and help you get to where you want to be.

What you gain

You will gain everything you need to flourish in life from employability to emotional intelligence. You will have the option to go on to university, further training and into employment. Our work experience programme is an integral part of what we do. Partnering with both local and global employers such as Barclays, we are able to offer work placements directly linked to employment opportunities, giving you a step on the ladder to your chosen career.

What we do differently

Studio Schools pioneer a bold new approach which includes teaching through enterprise projects and real work. Studio Schools are also small and feel more like a workplace than a school.
