Eight Studio School students went to Norwich City Football Club on Friday to take part in the regional final of the Real Business Challenge. In a large suite that overlooked the pitch the students did not have time to admire the view as they worked very hard throughout the day on a series of business challenges. Working with them was a European representatives of the Coca Cola Company who assisted them in the tasks before the students presented their ideas to the judging panel. They had to come up with ideas for the Special Olympics including a national advertising campaign for this event that built on the success of the 2012 Olympics. Despite an excellent final presentation that demonstrated their good business and enterprise skills the students did not qualify for the next round of the competition.
Mr Harrison, Studio School Personal Coach said, “ The students had a fantastic day and really developed their enterprise skills with this challenge. They also had the opportunity to hold an Olympic torch with the whole day being a great experience for them.”
